"You've reached your plan's tunnel limit"
You already have as many tunnels open as your plan allows at once. Disable or delete a tunnel you don't need right now, or move to a plan with more tunnels.
ProximaClient shows it with the message "You've reached your plan's tunnel limit. Close one of your tunnels to open a new one." or a "Port limit reached" window saying "All ports on your plan are already open. Upgrade to run more tunnels at once."
What to do
- Open "Tunnels" and find a tunnel you don't need right now.
- Disable it with the pause icon on its card (tooltip "Disable tunnel"): the address stays yours while its hold lasts. If you won't need the address again, delete the tunnel: right-click it in the list and choose "Delete".
- Click "Create tunnel" again.
If you need all the tunnels at once, click "See plans" in the error window or open "Plans" in the app menu. How many tunnels each plan gives is in the plan comparison.
The limit counts per account, not per computer: if fewer tunnels are open here than your plan gives, disable the ones you don't need on other computers signed in to this account.
If that didn't help
Write to support through "Tech support" in the app menu with the exact error text and when it appeared.
