"Your plan's traffic limit is used up"

You have used the traffic your plan gives for the month, and until the next period tunnels are closed or run slower, depending on the plan. Wait for the new package or move to a plan with a bigger one.

ProximaClient shows it with one of these texts:

  • "Your plan's traffic limit is used up. Upgrade your plan."
  • a "Monthly traffic used up" window saying "You've used your monthly traffic limit. Upgrade your plan to keep using tunnels."
  • on the "Traffic this month" line of the "Tunnels" page: "Package used up — tunnels are closed until the next period", "Package used up — tunnels run at a reduced speed until the next period" or "Traffic package used up".

What to do​

  • Wait. Next to the "Traffic this month" line the app shows when the package resets, for example "Resets in 5 days".
  • Change the plan. Click "Go Pro" or "Change plan" next to the traffic line. How much traffic each plan has and its speed after the package are in the plan comparison.
  • Renew early. A new package starts at once; how to renew is on the plans page.

If that didn't help​

If the traffic ran out sooner than you expected, or the package didn't reset on time, write to support through "Tech support" in the app menu with the exact text from the "Traffic this month" line and when it appeared.
