"Update required"

This version of ProximaClient no longer works with the tunnel service: update the app, usually with the button on the "Tunnels" page.

The app shows "Update required" with "The tunnel service has moved ahead and this app version is no longer supported. Update the app to manage tunnels again." or the message "The app and the tunnel service are on different versions. Please update the app."

What to do

1. Click "Update" below the text. While the new version downloads, the button shows "Downloading…" with a percentage.
2. When the button reads "Restart & update", click it: the app closes and starts again on the new version.
3. If the button reads "Check for update", click it. If "The update should appear soon — try again a bit later." shows below it, the new version isn't out yet: click "Check for update" later.
4. If the button reads "Retry", the update failed: click it, and if that doesn't work, see "Update failed".
5. If the app showed only the message and the "Tunnels" page has no button, click "Update now" in the "A new version is available" window, and once the update has downloaded, "Restart now".
6. If the app still won't update, download the installer from the download page and run it.

proximamp then says "this proximamp is too old for ProximaMP": what to do.
