How to reset your ProximaClient password

Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen, enter your account's email, then the code from the email and a new password.

  1. On the "Sign in to ProximaMP" screen, click "Forgot password?".
  2. On the "Reset password" screen, enter the email you created the account with and click "Get code". If you got it wrong, click "Change email".
  3. Enter the code from the email and a "New password". If there's no email, check your Spam folder.
  4. Click "Reset password". The app returns to the sign-in screen: sign in with the new password.

Since app version 1.3.0

If you only ever signed in with VK ID or Yandex ID and had no password, set one in "Profile", under "Ways to sign in", with "Set password" (ways to sign in).
